Alex Warren has over 15 years of business management skills and brings a wealth of dance industry related experience to the position.

As well as managing the company, Alex is also responsible for the finances – managing the book keeping, invoicing, payroll and accounting.

He regularly writes fund raising applications for arts organisations, having successfully secured over £100,000 worth of funding for Hype Dance and other clients in recent years.

Alex has a background in design and technology, having been a freelance graphic designer since he left university. He creates websites, brochures, posters, flyers for a multitude of clients, as well as creating digital marketing campaigns. Video and audio editing are among his other design skills, and if there is ever a technical issue at the studio, he is the one tasked with fixing it!

Alex took part in hiphop and b-boying classes and performances with Hype Dance back in the day, but has now hung up his sneakers, and takes a more “behind the scenes” role at Hype Dance now!
