Hype Dance Terms & Conditions

You Agree That;

  • You are physically fit and have not been told by your doctor that you should restrict your physical activity
  • All of the work taught in class is the copyright of Hype Dance Company Ltd, and any infringement of this may result in legal action being taken
  • Hype Dance Company holds no responsibility for any injury that occurs whilst on the premises
  • Hype Dance Company holds no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, items and possessions whilst on the premises
  • You will treat the premises and it’s contents with respect at all times
  • You agree to receive relevant emails from us regarding your classes and other related topics. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time
  • Studio hires booked online are for personal rehearsal / private hires. If you wish to run a commercial group class, please contact us
  • Group classes must compliment our timetable, genres that we already teach cannot run alongside our classes
  • There will be no refunds given for drop-in classes, courses, workshops or studio hires. If you are unable to attend a session that you have booked, you may reschedule for another date / time up to two hours in advance of the start of the class / hire, by logging into the customer portal
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may refund your payment, less a 15% admin charge
  • Studio theatre hires require approval and that your booking will not be confirmed until you receive confirmation via email to the email provided at the time of booking
  • You will uphold every individual’s right to dignity, value and respect, without prejudice towards gender, sex, sexuality, disability, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, creed, language, age, class, wealth, pregnancy, marital status or any other marginalised and protected characteristic, including intersectional identities
  • You will treat everyone with dignity, empathy and respect and uphold their rights even if you disagree with their opinions
  • You will, through both your words and actions, show respect and empathy for others at all times
  • You will endeavour not to make assumptions about the identities, beliefs or experiences of any other participants or staff
  • You will never share derogatory, hateful or oppressive opinions or views to anyone that you come into contact with
  • You understand that if, at any point, you fail to comply with the above, you will be asked not to return
