Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to make booking and logging in work, and, with your permission, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer.
In more detail:
-
Essential cookies keep you logged in to your account and the customer portal, remember your basket when you buy a pass, and help Stripe prevent card fraud. They’re always on, because booking and paying don’t work without them.
-
Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they look at and how they found us. It doesn’t tell us who you are. Its cookies (with names starting _ga) last up to 2 years.
-
Email links (only if you accept): if you click a link in one of our emails, our mailing list system (FluentCRM) sets a cookie so it knows the visit came from that email. It lasts up to 90 days.
Some pages show content from other services: Google reviews (shown through Trustindex) and our map (OpenStreetMap). These services receive your IP address when the page loads.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, though booking and logging in won’t work without essential cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
-
ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
-
ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
-
ask us to delete your information, where we don’t need to keep it
-
object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
-
withdraw consent at any time, for example to marketing emails or photos
-
ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
To use any of these rights, email hello@hypedance.org.uk. We’ll respond within one month. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.
Keeping your information safe
We use secure, password-protected systems, limit access to staff and teachers who need it, and choose providers with strong security. Health information is only shared with the teacher who needs it.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) or on 0303 123 1113.
