This agreement between Hype Dance Company and the hirer named below outlines the terms and conditions of the hire.

  • Treat the studio, any equipment and all people in the studios with respect
  • Leave the space in the condition it is found
  • Vacate the space at the end of the hire at the agreed time
  • Play music at a reasonable volume, respecting other studio users, and our neighbours
  • Report any damage to, or breakages in, the studio as soon as possible
  • Not allow students to eat or drink any food in the studio, other than water. Food and drink can be consumed in the waiting area
  • Hold relevant public liability insurance cover at any time whilst in the studio (please upload a valid certificate below)
  • Pay all invoices from Hype Dance Company relating to studio hire, or anything else, within 30 days from the date of issue
  • Not hold Hype Dance Company liable for any injury or accident that occurs whilst on the premises, other than where Hype Dance Company has been negligent in it’s duties to provide a space that is safe to use
  • Not hold Hype Dance Company responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, items and possessions whilst on the premises
  • Give no less than 24 hours notice to cancel any one hire, otherwise I will be charged for the space at my usual rate
  • Give at least 1 months notice to terminate the regular hire and this agreement
