Dance classes in Sheffield for all ages & abilities
Here at our dance studios in Sheffield we offer dance classes, lessons and workshops for ages 3 to 60+ and for all abilities from complete beginners who have never danced before to experienced professionals. There are drop-in and pay-as-you-go dance classes for children, young people and adults as well as IDTA syllabus based dance classes for children and young people.
We believe that dance should be for everyone and work hard to make sure that our studios provide a warm and welcoming environment. Our classes are accessible for everyone and our dance teachers have experience in delivering to neurodiverse students of all ages.
There is the chance to perform at various events across the region, as well as in our annual dance show when every dancer has the opportunity to perform at a professional venue in front of their friends and family.
We also offer private dance tuition for anyone. This can be to learn syllabus grade work as an adult, to learn a first wedding dance, to rehearse for an audition, if you prefer to learn alone, to train as a dance teacher or just for fun!

Dance parties, studio hire, outreach & more
We also offer dance parties in Sheffield for all occasions from birthdays to hen dos to team building – in fact any reason you can think of! It doesn’t matter if you have never danced before, our experienced team will make sure you have a great time no matter what!
We have 3 well equipped dance studios in Sheffield that are available to hire. Whether you have an audition to rehearse for, you just want to practice, run your own class, have a photo / video shoot, give a presentation or put on a show in our studio theatre, we can accommodate you.
We believe that dance should be available to everyone and we run dance outreach session in and around Sheffield and the surrounding areas. We have delivered work with dementia and Parkinson’s groups, pupil referral units, at risk young people’s groups, primary schools for curriculum enhancement, dance workshops in colleges and many more.
Alongside of all of this we also produce physically charged and engaging professional dance theatre. Past shows include Savage Beauty, a show combining Hip Hop dance and boxing, Dali’s Guest, a show that explored how cancer physically affects the human body and Savage Beauty, a one person show that is a fusion of contemporary dance and boxing that looks at the mental health struggles that many people have to deal with in the modern era.
