Thank-you for booking a dance studio!
You will have been sent a booking confirmation via email – please check your spam / promotions folders if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you need to amend your booking you can do so up to 24 hours before the start time of your booking by visiting our customer portal.
When you arrive at the studio please press the buzzer to the left of the front doors to be let in and make your way up the stairs to the waiting area. A member of our team will come and show you to your studio when your hire is due to start. Below are a few pointers to help make your visit as smooth as possible.
- The building will be open no later than 15 minutes before the start of your hire, although we may be open before then
- You will be able to access the studio at the scheduled start of your hire and no earlier
- If you arrive late you must still finish at your scheduled finish time, unless otherwise arranged
- Please make sure to wear CLEAN footwear in the studios
- Please do not eat or drink – other than water – in the studios. If you need to eat or drink you are welcome to use the waiting area
- There are instructions on how to use the sound systems on the wall by the sound systems
- You can connect to the sound systems via Bluetooth or 3.5mm mini jack. If you require an adapter for an alternative connection, please make sure to bring your own as we may not have the correct adapter for your device
