Our dancers can come in and work with a group to create a piece for performance in any dance style - for a school production, event or celebration etc...
"Just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your team, for organising a fantastic workshop yesterday afternoon for my boys dance group. They absolutely loved it! It was pitched perfectly with an appropriate range of activities/styles and the boys have gained so much from it. Most of them have never experienced anything like that before and they all came to see me this morning saying how great or ‘sick’ it was!" - Lois Rollings, St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College
We can work with the group in several ways to produce a piece of choreography. For performances we suggest plenty of lead up to give time for the work to be choreographed, taught, rehearsed and polished up before the show date.
A full day working towards the piece tends to works well. We've found that giving the young people the opportunity to work with a dance company often engages them before we even get there!
Our education team are experienced in delivering all the elements of GCSE dance, A Level Dance, BTEC Dance and OCN qualifications. This is right from looking at planning and implementing lesson plans to delivering the dance study and evaluation & monitoring.
